WASHINGTON The U.S. Supreme Court asked Monday for the Obama administrations views on whether Oklahoma and Nebraska should be able to sue Colorado over its marijuana laws.
The court sometimes asks the solicitor general the presidents advocate before the U.S. Supreme Court for input on a case justices potentially will hear.

That’s the truth. I wonder if we can sue.
And in like vein, let me ask you this. If Colorado allows cars to have 5% tint but Oklahoma only allows cars with 2% tint, and a car drives from Colorado to Oklahoma, is that car causing problems for Oklahoma? It is a violation of Oklahoma law certainly, but the Oklahoma legal system can assess fines to cover the cost of enforcing Oklahoma laws within the Oklahoma state line.
Might be interesting - Federally banned (unconstitutionally banned) and legalized by some States (as the 10th Amendment would assert is their right). It’ll be like allowing an atheist to sue a Christian for being a Christian - oh...wait.
