It is extremely dangerous to make a hamburger at home. Bad things could happen. I can't think of any right now, so you'll just have to trust me on this. I will help you... You might leave your ground beef out on the counter for a week or so before cooking it.... you might burn your hand trying to flip the burger without a utensil..... you might forget to turn off your grille or range top and start a massive fire.... you might leave your left-overs out on the counter for several days before trying to heat them up again....
See, it is no wonder that gubmint needs to "keep us safe" from so many stupid things that we might do to ourselves!!
