A friend was working near a union shipping terminal in New York. He said, “Everything was covered with graffiti except that terminal and their trucks. One day I walked over and asked a driver why there was no graffiti on their trucks or the terminal. He said, ‘’cause we don’t allow it.’” If the local governments didn’t “allow” rioting, it wouldn’t happen. You wouldn’t have to shoot but one or two and it would stop. That’s probably fewer than the deaths that generally occur in riots.
