I wasn’t that surprised by that statitic, actually. I live near Memphis and know a few cops on that force. They were not able to pull up any cases of White on Black rape from that predominantly black city on their data base.
I do think there is a problem with the stats under Holder. I have heard former DOJ employees interviewed that said that he did not want statisitcs kept because they reflected so badly on Blacks.
You should not be surprised there are very few white on black rapes. But you should be concerned that the statistics you are using show a drop from thousands per year to zero per year. Essential problem is extrapolating small samples from census bureau phone surveys. How many black victims of white rape did they manage to reach in the zero years? Zero.
