I’m not sure that we on the right should be keen to join the anti-knife brigades.
It’s not “joining the anti-knife brigades” it is determining whether or not Mr. Gray’s arrest and subsequent death were due to illegality or not.
Agree with you about dirt-bags.
...” How did this idiot prosecutor get this so wrong?”....
Well for her it wasn’t about facts...it was about the ‘perception’ for the mob .....mission accomplished to give them time to manipulate the rest of the story....strong arm and back track where they need to.
It’s a game and they are going to playhard ball for the outcome they covet for their own political game..she and her husband both will gain or loose by how they play to the mob,.
You did not address the duty to protect (or whatever we might call it) that attaches to cops once they arrest someone, handcuff them and just generally (and maybe for good reason I’m not saying otherwise) take away that person’s autonomy.
I am watching Batman right now.
Chief O’Hara always wants to give the criminals a good beating with a nightstick.
I remember very early episodes of “Dragnet” where they routinely violate people’s rights and not just a little bit.
I hope it all blows up in her corrupt face.
A man has a right to carry a knife in my opinion.
I think I saw that...Jackie Chan?
Knife laws, like gun laws, should not be.
