Thank you for your service and protecting the law abiding public.
I told a Baltimore Police officer off duty a few months ago that I thanked him and the officers of the Baltimore Police Department for their service and for sticking their necks out to protect us, the public.
I told him that there are more people on their side than they think.
You know what he said to me ?
This was a black police officer.
He said , you don’t realize how much that means to him and the other officers in the force.
I told him to tell that to all the police.
What you said to that Baltimore police officer was very cool. I’m sure they don’t hear that very often.
