I believe there were separate compartments in the van. Two if I’m not mistaken. Based on the info I’ve gleaned from various articles, they couldn’t see each other, but could hear one another. This same prisoner was quoted in news articles, that the driver drove normally, no speeding or crazy driving. Not sure how factual that is though, because so much stuff is thrown out there.

The police person who is speaking to Meygan said that they used Freddie as a informnant to snitch on others to gleen information on other crimes.
The person who Meygan is interiewing said that sometimes Freddie would play act like he was being arrested, a show, then snitch on other criminals.
Suppose Freddie snitched on someone ?
There would be some other criminals who would have a motive to take him out, after all Baltimore has the “ Don’t Snitch “ meme culture going around among the thugs and druggies in Baltimore.
Saw a interview today of a police officer in a police van and the person doing the interview asked what the metal partition is for.
The police officer said that the metal partition is only to separate the male prisoners from the female prisoners.
There is no partition between the male prisoners, only cuffs , feet shackles, and seat belts.
I do believe that the orders to charge these police officers for State’s Attorney Mosby were given straight from the top, the AG.
