On padded seats with hand grips in front of them and seat frames to brace their feet against without their hands handcuffed behind them?

Okay. Perps are handcuffed on their rides. Five, six and seven-year-olds are not.

Never mind the fact that uncuffed kids in their parents cars that also have handgrips and padded seats are required to be seat belted.

Yet you would charge the driver-cop with manslaughter and you wouldn't charge the school bus driver and the parent who puts their kids on the bus?

Right, children are not handcuffed with their hands behind their back.

Quit trying to be so silly, everyone here rode school buses for years as little kids, we know the difference between having our hands cuffed behind us and being in a “nickle ride” van, and riding the school bus.
