Wow! Murder?
I think that’s a bridge too far.
I think the cops injured Gray in the arrest alright, critically as it turned out, but I am not fully convinced if the cops realized it, and if a rough van ride made it worse or an assault in the van occurred.
I sure never bought into that he broke his own back, neck, and throat, or whatever. There is so little evidence for the cops story, except for them telling it. Yikes.
“... I am not fully convinced if the cops realized it...”
I listened to Mosby live. According to her statements, Gray asked for his inhaler and was denied. At one of the stops, he was asked if he needed a medic and that was denied. At another stop, he was found unresponsive and no medic was called. They drove him to the station where they found him not breathing. I don’t know where the info came from unless it was from the officers. So, Mosby contends they illegally arrest him and he died from no restraints in the van and no medical intervention. Personally, I think an independent prosecutor should be called but from Mosby’s statements... it was horrific.
What the media is not telling folks is are the numerous drug trafficking arrests that Grey has had plus his medical history. He apparently sued an insurance company or two and had a structured settlement from Allstate.
