Yes, they should. Without zero tolerance all they do is facilitate and encourage lawless behavior. I wonder if the mayor can be charged with dereliction for ordering stand down to allow rioters to destroy the community?
Good point. They mayor seems to be encouraging more crime. Crime is crime regardless of who does it.
