Now, it is in the media that he had just got out of back surgery from a car wreck that he settled!! In fact he is said to have had several back surgeries! But the last one is said to be about 10 days before he ran from the police. Can you imagine ? That would possibly account the bolt he inflicted on his skull didn't kill him. It wouldn't help that he alluded capture for 45 minutes and was taken to the ground. The Police defender will have a field day By the way running from an officer of the law is auto probable cause for arrest!!

I'm withholding judgment until I see what is in the report, what evidence has been gathered.

I'm especially interested in that non-reported stop. At a minimum, procedure was violated with that stop when the officer(s) did not report it when it occurred. Worst case scenario is that something really untoward happened then, so bad they didn't even report it during the investigation.

If news reports are to be believed... and at this point, I'm not inclined to sign on whole-heartedly... this stop was uncovered because a citizen or business had videotape.
