Was he Rice THE supervisor of all the others. Did they have to comply with his orders or be written up?
If so more than one will turn on him
Shame he wasn’t removed years ago
I hope and pray this is a wake up call to all police departments across the nation and that is if there is a cop with issues - get him out of there or else there will be problems down the road.
