The guys on the field are the best at what they do. And that is one of the key reasons why the NFL is so popular. The guys on the field aren't diversity hires. People like watching the best. This is the plain truth.
However, the sport has gone over the line of human body tolerance. NO ONE is made to take the sort of punishment which the best are capable of dishing out in this time.

I suppose you will be all in for banning football? Jeezus,’it is a volunteer sport where people get paid to bash eAch other. No one is forcing them to play.
