When I worked in the Pennsylvania Dept. of Corrections I have seen this happen. I watched a crook bang his head of a brick wall until he knocked himself out. I watched them jump of a bed head first onto a concrete floor just to get sent to medical. Fake hangings, cutting up. This could be a truth but have to wait for the real report!

It’s what they do. The difference is that in the past it was to get off of charges. Now it is to hit the “pay’m off to get rid of them” Lotto.
This guys was a serial lawsuit commando. Looks like he wanted a big settlement this time and went to far.
