Freddie Gray had a fit of rage in the back of that van and raised his shackled legs in an attempt to kick the door and ended up falling off his bench and onto his head, breaking his own neck.

The subdued tone of the Mayor of Baltimore last night leads me to believe she KNOWS it was Freddie's violent movements in the back of that van that caused his own neck to break.

Do you have any evidence to support your theory?

That sounds very logical. Shouldn't he have been strapped onto the bench?
