I have no idea what America that mayor is from but in MY America SHE is complicit when she is aware a crime is taking place and orders police not to stop it. That is CRIMINAL!!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE PROSECUTED FOR AIDING AND ABETTING ASSAULT ON POLICE OFFICERS AND ARSON AND LOOTING!!!!

CVS should SUE the Mayor, THEN announce they will NOT be reopening their store/pharmacy in Baltimore.. Double whammy! Controlled substance prescriptions in the hands of teens will result in deaths and SHE is liable for that!
