The left wants local policing eliminated. Having local control of police and a sheriff system is a bulward against federal tyranny. The left wants a federal police force that answers only to DC. If this happens, we are in real trouble.
People need to wake up and realize what is going on here. Sheriffs in various states have stood up to the feds and declared they would not comply with gun grabs. If we lose sheriffs and local chiefs of police, we will be at the mercy of federal forces.
