The excuse that these are people from out of the city isn’t working.....the Mayor said that some time back when the city was rioting....you cannot believe what comes out of the Government there....ever. They got to save face somehow no matter what.
At any rate the Chief had arrested 35 people almost all of them were from Baltimore...NOT out of time. So she is completely unbelievable on an average day.

Some might not understand, in larger cities, you don't need to import idiots, criminals or instigators. There are thousands of them at these venues.
They need to make that mother who slapped her kid for rioting, mayor of Baltimore. She just might have saved that whole town.
