Why are Supreme court judges that have presided over queer marriages not recusing after they have blasphemed God and our Culture? I’m sick of this. Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg, Hagan Sotamier — GET THE HELL OFF THE CASE!!
A judge recuses himself from a case if he believes it’s wrong to rule on a case where he has a personal interest. For people like Ginsberg and Sotomayor, the whole point of being a judge is to make their personal interest the law of the land. They have no concept of legal ethics as traditionally (Bad Word!!!) understood.
