Yes. The case I posted involved Fredericka Gray, Freddie's twin sister. The two cases were filed (and resolved) on the same dates, were otherwise on the same schedule, and involved the same other parties (Peachtree and Allstate). That's the whole point - they were companion cases, that likely involved the same underlying structured settlement.

So, we know that (a) Freddie and Fredericka Gray sued their former landlord re: lead paint, (b) that case settled, (c) their landlord had am umbrella policy with Allstate that covered lead paint claims, and (d) the Grays' structured settlement was with Allstate. Based on that, it seems pretty obvious that their settlement with Allstate was related to the lead paint claims, and not to any prior spinal injury.
