Larry Hogan in office now, do not be surprised that those guns are “loaded.”"I know he's Republican but Baltimore is another chocolate city and a staunchly Democrat city and there is there is absolutely no upside to the Maryland National Guard being involved in shooting any of Obama's sons, but lots of downside.
This is and likely will continue to be Baltimore's problem. At best, maybe it will keep some of the Maryland State Police from manning the infamous I-95 speed traps for a time.
