Why? They want it to happen. The fuzz gets the draconian
laws they always wanted and the feds get the marshal law
they want. All they have to do is sit there and do nothing
but protect their own butts and let it embolden the animals
into doing more. Eventually it will fester into the situation
they desire. Give 1/20th of the population enough rope and
they will hang us all.
