No but whats happening to Baltimore is a result of years of integration, followed by takeover. You’re seeing stage 4 of the cancer.
Not arguing that this is not the result of social decay. But in an integrated community, you would see people defending the storefronts and armed folks on the steps of the apartment buildings.
I cannot imagine a church building being burnt in my town. EVERYONE would be pissed about that.
