I would imagine that if some of the rioters are trained in Iraq and Afghanistan, they could run circles around the police without a lot of effort.
It is interesting to watch how the police respond, tactically. I wonder how many of them have been trained under fire in the middle east?
These Federal Plantation rioters pale in comparison to those from Eastern Europe.

Having somewhat of a detailed knowledge of who has deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan from those areas, my money would be on the police. Unfortunately, they are also the ones limited by the Rules of Engagement.
