No, they are in CYA mode for sure, but they didn't blame the tea party and they really are not as nauseating as Sheppard Smith. They said they are going to find out who these people are using the pictures. I know that you all look at the world one way.
The city officials could actually use English properly. If you don't agree, that's cool.
