The Republican governor probably didn’t garner a single vote from Baltimore City. If I were he, I’d leave the city’s fate to the progressive mayor it elected. But I’m a vindictive sorta guy.
Exactly & he said several times that it was her decision. Throwing the hot potato in her lap..but he’s big mean white guy. They’ll blame him to take fire off her.
