I feel for the cops here. They look pretty foolish [thanks to the mayor], just standing in their riot lines....watching perps loot liquor stores and having the liquor bottles thrown at them....without being able to make arrests. What a debacle!
By morning, all will be calm. *idioic* mayor called for a curfew.
