Video shows mostly black youths, one white boy observed joining in, attacking police by throwing rocks, bottles, bricks at cops.
After taking it for a few minutes, cops started picking up the rocks and throwing them back at the youths.

Seems like an appropriate time for rubber bullets and bean bag loads. If they aren’t available they should request some Lead/Copper Ammo from the fed.
It’s not like they are low on inventory.
