This, IMO, is not an ethical lapse. Profiting from selling political favors IS against the law. There are politicians under indictment or sitting in jail now for what Hillary is accused of doing.

That is true, but this is the Clintons we're talking about. You're going to need something akin to a picture of Hillary taking the money from the hands of the CEO of Russia's Gazprom or something like that to convict these people. I think the best we can hope for is her campaign going down in flames.
