Violating memorandum of understandings is not the same as breaking the law.

Yesterday, someone, Newt I think, mentioned that acceptance of foreign monies by any U.S. official is a clear violation of Article IX of the U.S. Constitution. A very bad no-no.

I don’t know if that’s true or not, but I just don’t see anything here that will get the Clinton’s in an orange jumper suit. Clinton lied under oath, the same thing Scooter Libby did who went to jail for it. Clinton lost his lawyer license, big deal. Personally, I think there would have to be a lot more to come out before we are talking Clinton jail time. This is all about whether her candidacy can survive this IMO.
