Yes, he's mentally ill, and he needs help, and prayer. I agree with you there.

But I refuse to absolve him. He chose to perform in front of the entire world, to try and portray his perversion as just another option.

He's disturbed, but so are homoesexuals, and we don't give them a pass.

Same here. I only feel bad for him insofar as society has made it possible for these people to play out their insanity in public and have it accepted instead of treated.
