Hillary was exaggerating somewhat when she said she and Bill were “dirt poor” when they left the White House, but, in any case, they are now worth over $100M personally and run and benefit from a “foundation” that has collected billions. They’ve gotten fabulously wealthy via influence peddling and cashing in on the glamour of the Presidency — how could it be otherwise, when they don’t have anything else to sell or offer? And now that the “unrelated coincidences” have piled up and any possible investigation into the details has been short-circuited by the diversion of goverment records to Hillary’s private email server, the lackeys like Podesta and Davis are out there arguing that, in the absence of any “smoking gun” proving criminal intent, there are simply no grounds for criticizing Her Thighness. Why not? After all, Bill was caught in a lie via physical evidence, and still continued on his merry way. Guess we get the government we deserve.
