Okay, here’s a fact for you. There are neighborhoods where blacks and whites (and Hispanics and Asians) live side by side. And the property values do NOT go down.

Sure. Middle-class blacks are no problem. The problems come from the feral underclass.

And a great many where the black ghetto culture moves in (or Mexican-themed nightmare), and within a generation, a once safe and tidy middle-class neighborhood devolves into a Fourth-World dystopia. I guess what I've seen with my own eyes differs from your experience.

That being said, sure, I have two black families living right across the street (well, one is interracial). Been there for more than a decade. By all observations solid citizens and good neighbors.

I judge people by how they behave, not the color of their skin.
