Officials in NY told people to shelter in place at the 2nd World Trade Center
after the first tower was hit.

That did not work out very well for them.

The issue is not that it was a good or bad idea to leave the Stadium.

But they were FORCED to stay.

I don’t believe that’s true.

My cousin, an engineer, worked on the 91st floor of the South Tower of The World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

He had an early appointment that morning with ConEd in Brooklyn, so he was nowhere near the Twin Towers at the time of the attacks.

He said some of his co-workers left the South Tower after they saw what happened to the North Tower.

The ones who left the South Tower immediately after the attack on the North Tower lived; those who took a wait-and-see attitude and remained behind, they lost their lives when the second plane hit and their escape routes were destroyed.
