Really. These are everyday symptoms that, at one time, all of us have had occur in our everyday personal/work lives. Not really deserving of any type of payment.

Reading about this case and the judge's malicious handling of it have given ME many of those symptoms. Maybe I should sue the judge.

Those two lesbians sound like the most fragile and vulnerable things since orchids in a snowstorm. In life, most of us get used to slights of one sort or another, and we don't expect to be paid $135,000 in punitive damages. If the local newspaper makes disparaging comments about conservatives, am I entitled to damages?
