When you say it’s quite large, I’m not sure what up you mean by that. I mean, is it 25% of the LGBTs leave and convert to Christianity? Is it less? Is it more? I would definitely like to see the stats on how many of the LGBTs convert to Christianity.
But in terms of walking away from people who don’t convert, no, I wouldn’t because I would only have 20% of the population left to associate with ... LOL ...
Well, I personally stood up when I accepted Jesus, the Messiah of Israel as my savior. I can’t choose “for” anyone else, so that’s on them. I don’t reject interacting and dealing with unsaved people.
If hussein is so adamantly against such therapy, that's a strong indicator of its successful track record. As a sodomite himself, the illegal occupant of the presidency suffers a loss for each individual's transformation from sodomy to normalcy. If redemptive therapy were not successful, he and his fellow leftists wouldn't oppose it.
Also see People Can Change for documented evidence those who have made the choice to leave their homosexual past behind. The key word is choice. Sodomites deliberately and consciously make the decision to enter down that path of wickedness and they can likewise choose to follow the Lord's Path.
Cruz, as a lawyer, knows never to ask a question without first knowing the answer. The same thing applies for accepting an invitation by whomever (gay, etc.).
He already knows what he is going to say to his hosts, and what he is going to say to the media (and us).
Brown helmets is what the Brits used to call nancy boys like these.
Same hue you get when you mix all the colors of the rainbow.
I don’t have a question about whether the LGBTs can leave that lifestyle, because I’ve already seen that they can. I’ve actually read a few testimonies to that effect. But ... that is not my point of interest, because I knew that long ago.
My point of interest is the “how many” part. Those are the stats I’m talking about.
O for crying out loud, it makes it sound as if Ted Cruz had dinner with ISIS. Look one can be against gay marriage but there is no need to hate a person because they are gay. I have 2 cousins that are gay and I love them. I will never shun them out of my life, however I do not approve of their lifestyle but I still love them UNCONDITIONALLY.
Numbers are shown here in a citation from the Baptist Press. As I interpret the results, it was < 30% for those choosing to embrace the abomination of sodomy. Given that homosexuality is an act of deliberation, sure, some will continue to defy Almighty God in spite of the eternal consequences. But the vast majority, when faced with the knowledge of unending torment in hell's unquenchable fires, will opt out of the vileness of sodomy.
I said if the story is true. Cruz has lately come out and said it was not true - the spin that was placed on it by the Times.
Actually, what all here (and in the general population) have to understand is that homosexuals and other sinners ALL end up in the same place ... because everyone is already condemned. So it doesn’t matter if someone is or is not a homosexual ... in terms of Salvation. No sin, not a single one, is allowed in God’s Eternal Kingdom, and everyone is a sinner. So, the only way to Salvation is through Jesus, the Messiah of Israel, as one’s personal savior.
What I figure, in general, with what percentage of people are Christians ... is approximately 20% (and certainly not more). So, I would want to get some more figures on that approximately 30% in the Homosexual community, turning and being saved (and I can’t quite understand exactly what they mean by those figures they give). I don’t believe it is higher than what I believe for the general population, at 20%.
As a Bible-believing fundamentalist separatist, I believe that the Bible tells us to walk away, separate ourselves from the world, which means unrepentant sinners. I can bring the Gospel to them without socialising with them or endorsing, or tacitly endorsing, their sin.
The problem there is that I see with around 80% unsaved in the population and all the sinning they do, I end up working with them (i.e., the unsaved sinners, involved in politics with them, going to school with them, being neighbors with them and just about everything we do in society.
In regards to the Homosexuals, I don’t run into many of them, as they are about 3.8% of the population. It’s the 80% of the population who are the unsaved sinners that I can’t get away from ... :-) ...
Though what for? Campaign $$$$?
It’s just a little weird. That’s all.
Yet, Cruz 2016...so far.
It would appear that Cruz is taking a stand against extreme intolerance (which fractures the party) and is for the “big tent” ... in which he intends to draw in many different people.
So what did they actually want from Ted and is it in our USA’s national interest?
Those with enough money to invite major ambitious politicians into their home are like those representing a courteous mob. There are always agendas and they are rarely in the national interest. Chief Justice Roberts gave us a preview of how that private agenda works.
When politicians and others meet they should be required to wear body cameras and microphones so the all in the public will know exactly what promises were made on our dime. I simply do not trust any of them, and Harvard on a resume is not something I will necessarily automatically respect and bow down to.
Naw, Sugar. We’re saving a place for you at the State Dept. I think you could clean that place up!
Actually given that Senator Ted Cruz was able to maintain his unwavering Christian and Conservative convictions at both Harvard and Princeton is a sign of his strength. Our proud Texan was able to hold his head high and fight the commies who are pervasive at both of those schools. Sure, it would have been easier had he gone to Hillsdale, Bob Jones or Liberty but being to emerge victorious from those enemy encampments is a definite point in his favor. As I see it, Harvard did not change Senator Cruz, he changed Harvard!
I’m thinking he leaked this as a campaign tactic. He’s playing three-dimensional chess while the press plays checkers.
Americans are in dire need of a national motto like ....trust but verify, and be more cynical and less gullible, because the agenda of the con artists that have come run the USA into the ground (and they have almost succeeded) has been to make us believe the propaganda they tell us.
I don’t trust any of them, but I will eventually vote in November 2016 for the candidate that has best displayed honesty and a desire to make the USA (not the world) great again.
