Thanks for the link. So the judge acknowledged that the nearly 50 year old teacher raped the girl. And he acknowledged that she was raped without her consent. But the judge still thought the victim was equally in control and half responsible for the sexual assault, and although he did step back slightly from his decision (since he violated state law in giving the sexual predator only a month in prison) he is still justifying the decision he made.
