The individual states will have to decide whether to stand up and declare the 10th amendment or not.
You mean the same states that decided not to take simulus? The very states who voted for Romney and McCain for President?
Some will stand up some won’t. Its going to be interesting. I can tell you the population of GA is not going to go for it. Its going to cause a real fuss here.
