Couldn’t you say the same thing of most businesses in the vicinity of Admiral and Memorial though, or even along the entire length of Admiral?

Yep, it’s too close to North Tulsa and too close to where all the ILLEGAL ALIENS are ... :-) ...

Forty five years go the Admiral area was not a bad area. I still go to DONGS Sporting Goods when there.

NORTH of Admiral things got ratty. I remember when the shopping center on the circle had a K-mart, then it got flooded. Then a Walmart which closed, and now is some type of training center.
Back then a theater opened showing Spanish language films. It soon closed because of not enough Spanish patrons. Now the whole area is like Little Mexico.

Now WEST of Harvard on Admiral things go downhill real fast! Lock your car doors, lock and load!
