Since Obama became president, I cannot think of one thing the GOP has blocked. Maybe there was something little here or now, but I can’t think of it. Maybe the Kentuckians and the Ohioans know.
Why does he keep saying he'll "bypass" Congress?
They didn't give him his immigration amnesty, so he's decided to do it on his own.
He didn't get his climate package, so he's going to "bypass Congress" to put what he can into effect.
They're not a rubber stamp approving everything he does, but he does it anyway, even without their permission.
