Hillary, Rice, Obama, and all the other Benghazi liars, hard drive destroyers, and felons in general get away with it. Menendez does not. Petraeus does not.
Not that he should, but it simply underscores that some are more equal than others.
Other than firefighters and honest, brave cops, there have been no American heroes since Abe Lincoln. Period. The rest of ‘em have thrown and keep throwing hand-granades at what the US was to represent.
Don't forget when the white house revealed all the details involving killing Bin Laden to Hollywood, which was all classified. I simply don't believe Petraeus removed any classified data. He didn't have to because she worked there in CENTCOM with him and had a security clearance.
I think Petraeus was made the fall guy much like Oliver North was made the fall guy in his scandal.
And Petraeus is more equal than others. Had an unknown officer who doesn't have stars (or an enlisted) done what Petraeus did, he/she would be thrown in prison and the key destroyed.
Obviously, there is a hierarchy of equalness.
