“I guess I’m surprised he’s hiding his face if he is a Ukrainian citizen and soldier. That’s not normal behavior. In fact, I can’t think of any other videos I’ve seen of Ukrainian citizens and soldiers hiding their faces, have you?”

You’ve got to be joking. You must be deaf, dumb, blind, and/or just plain stupid to not have noticed the hundreds of uniformed and non-uniformed combatants wearing Balaklavas to hide their faces and thereby avoid repercussions against themselves and/or their families.

“Furthermore, why would you be surprised that our government is lying about our involvement and interference in Ukraine?”

That is quite simple to answer. The United States does not have any particular need to do so. The United States has every right and perhaps even a duty under the terms of the Kellogg-Briand Treaty, the Budapest Articles of Interpretation 1934, the Charter of the United Nations, the Budapest Memorandum, and numerous other international agreements to deploy U.S. troops in defense of the Ukraine and its lawful government. The only restrictions are the temporary Minsk ceasefire agreements, and Russia has remained in general non-compliance with those ceasefire agreements since before they were negotiated and signed, rendering them virtually null and void for most practical purposes.

“If you believe we’re not providing covert military support to our puppets in Kiev I have a bridge to sell you.”

The United States has every legal right and perhaps a legal duty to provide overt or covert military support to the Ukraine. it is Russia which has been in gross violation of a panoply of international law with its massive espionage and subversion of the Ukrainian government and sovereignty ever since the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991. It is Russia which is in unlawful occupation and annexation of the territories of the Ukraine, who has been a member nation of the United Nations since the founding of the United Nations. It is Russia who is in gross and flagrant violation of the Kellogg-Briand Treaty which forbids Russia’s conquest of the Ukrainian territories in the Crimea, Donbass, other Ukrainian territories, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and so forth.

“If you believe we’re not providing covert military support to our puppets in Kiev I have a bridge to sell you.”

Your use of the phrase, “our puppets in Kiev,” demonstrates you are a pro-Russian false propagandist disseminating disinformation to assist the Russian criminal actions against the Ukraine and the allies of the Ukraine. The Ukrainian parliament, the “Verkhovna Rada”, is/was acknowledged by the Russian Federation, the United Nations, and the international community as a lawful and sovereign government for the nation of the Ukraine. That government certainly is not a puppet regime, which is why Russia has invaded the Ukraine. The Ukrainian Government was formerly infiltrated and covertly subverted by agents of the Soviet Union and the successor Russian Federation and their intelligence services. When the Ukrainian citizens, ethnic Russia and ethnic Ukrainian, insisted upon ending the Russian theft of the Ukrainian treasury, resources, and voting rights, the Russian Federation responded by invading the Ukraine to overthrow its lawful government and reinstall its corrupt Russian agents.

You are disseminating the fake Russian propaganda to assist Russia in the commission of these crimes.

My problem is that I listened to our diplomat, Victoria Nuland, pick Ukraine's next Prime Minister - before the coup took place. Now we're providing them bailouts. That government is dependent on us, as intended. That's the reality, not propaganda.

That government certainly is not a puppet regime, which is why Russia has invaded the Ukraine.

The Russians invaded Ukraine because Putin isn't going to let the West take his port on the Black Sea without a fight. It's that simple. I don't expect a declaration by a Soviet premier with Ukrainian roots to assign Crimea to the Ukrainian oblast would be forever binding on the future. Crimea is at least as Russian as California is American. In fact, the Russians took Crimea before we took California...
