Hi jb.

Thanks for checking in.

That’s what the powers that be tell us conservative Christian rank-and-file all the time.

But... Americans and Europeans are running all over the middle east making money.

Tons of it.

If we don’t testify to the Gospel message, and go along to get along, we’re fine.

Except in the odd hostage crisis. But statistically, that’s a pretty low probability.

So... American Christians are supposed to politically support Israel no matter what the situation, because if we spread the Gospel in Israel we’re just intimidated and made to stop, whereas in Islamic countries we would be arrested and judicially imprisoned or killed.

(seems to me the bar is kind of low if the basis of being national allies is... we don’t kill your citizens when they visit our country).

We aren’t supposed to testify to the Gospel anywhere in the ME.

The entire ME wants to be a no-Christ zone.

Now, can we talk about socialism and communism ? 2 million Jews in New York City, and I can’t find any that aren’t socialists. Even the wealthy seem to vote Democrat... if not Socialist / Communist.

And if they are “Republican”... they seem to either support the homosexual agenda or at least not oppose it.

Where are all those conservatives ?! Help me find those conservatives !

“We aren’t supposed to testify to the Gospel anywhere in the ME.”

That’s just not true. There are Christian evangelists all over Israel.

Yes, it is illegal in Israel for ANY religion to seek to convert minors to ANY religion under the age of 18. That has more to do with kids having brains full of mush, than anything.

And Yes, it is illegal for people of all religions from other countries to lie and say you are a tourist (or whatever) in Israel and come with the sole purpose of setting up a mission or whatnot, but that mainly has to do with keeping out whacko cults like Scientology that seem to target Israel for reasons unknown. If a citizen (or person with a proper visa) wanted to open up a church and invite all who want to come to come, they can. Similarly, if you want to “spread the gospel” while you are an actual tourist/there on legit business have at it.

Our 1st Amendment equivalent is actually stronger than the USAs.
