elected presidents should be afforded a certain degree of deference in the presidential appointment process, particularly when the nominee is uniquely qualified.
I have never understood how being unusually competent or qualified should be considered a plus, IF what you want to do is negative.
Won't that just mean more efficiency in your negativism?
