There is so much we can do to improve our health and appearance.
Vigorous exercise is really key.
My wife and I make it a priority and can’t imagine how our friends and coworkers do nothing.
When they get heart attacks or complain about the effects of age, I am sympathetic, but think — OK, maybe that is because you haven’t done ANY exercise the last 30 years.

Real Quick(work-bound)-there is a book called ‘Spark’ that makes the correlation about exercise and intelligence, I do the wind sprints and moderate weight lifting(have enough mass) and it was the show ‘Extreme Weight loss’ where one participant had a concussion early on and still lost 100 lbs in his first 90 days (of a clinical setting) where I realized how much diet does play a role in weight loss, and I couldn’t do it that fast, I lost 25 in 90 days.
