Europeans developed lactose tolerance 10,000 years ago. That was a beneficial genetic mutation.
I’m working on that. Besides it seems that more and more processed and even higher end restaurant food gives me head and sometimes body aches. Seafood primarily. There is a family place that makes 1st rate fried flounder and other stuff, no problems.
