This was a setup and provocation from the get go as witnessed by the third party camera and her incessant yakking. BUT it still does not excuse the officer actions.
If that's the case why did a full 30+ seconds pass and no commands are heard telling the female with the cell phone to move back? We should have heard it easily because of the fact you can even hear audio of the cell phone striking the sidewalk. I didn't hear any commands directed at her in the audio.
Of course I would think she/they should be able to retrieve the cell video/audio from the smashed phone to see if she had been previously told to back away.
Entrapment went out the window when the judges said it was ok for the cops to lie to do their job.
If the cops got setup, the cops got set up and are criminal.
