Heres a video thats causing an uproar among those who care about photographers rights. Its a 53-second clip recorded on on April 19th that shows an encounter one woman had with police officers on a residential sidewalk in South Gate, California. While shooting photos or footage of the assault rifle-equipped officers with her smartphone, one of the men charges her, snatches the camera from her hands, smashes it on the ground, kicks it back at her, and then walks away.
Details are sparse at the moment, and well update you when more info on this emerges.
I was wondering when you were going to see this little thread debate bro.
This one is a easy one.
His unconditioned trust in federal police power reminds me of those WI government jack-thugs who invaded conservatives houses in WI with judge issued warrants to take all phones and computers, and issued orders for them to keep silent about it, even to their lawyers, and ordered them to answer questions waiving their Fifth amendment rights to not incriminate themselves, under penalty of WI law if they didn’t comply.
Their crimes?
Funding ads promoting laws Dems didn’t like, union related.
And the Germans in 1946 claimed they didn’t know ...
To add, this was in WI, it was part of the lib/Dem campaign to destroy Walker.
In secret a judge told union Dems that the/their ‘evidence’ they collected in these Nazi like raids was not convincing.
Why would Dems put so much into destroying Walker?
