He just whipped out a makeshift crossbow? WTH? "Other students would pick on him," So is that not considered bullying in Spain? Probably would have helped if they had "anti-bullying" laws in place. But, apparently since he's "underage" he won't be charged. WHAT! Was the machete also "makeshift"? Say, isn't that the place where hiss-panic heritage started?
