I depended on the 19 year-old topless dancers in Hobbs, NM... A guy can only take so many consecutive 18 hour long workdays, facing train derailments, firey car wrecks with fatalities, and being shot at before he unravels completely.

Don't you dare demean the role they fracking had for me, bitch.

Pale Moon is a Netscape-based browser; any addons made available for Firefox, will work on Pale Moon.

Not sure about Torch: I’ve an aversion to Chrome; Torch is a Google Chrome shell—any addons made for Chrome, will work on Torch.

Presumably, then, this complaint does not exist in conventional plays where hydraulic fracturing is not as commonly used. Because, as the noted industry expert, Sandra Steingraber, will tell us, it’s only the guys on the frac crews who need hotel rooms and who patronize prostitutes. ;-)

I’ve never been to a fracking boomtown, but I would guess that where there is “manly” work, there are injuries, and thus there are jobs for healthcare workers, who are often women. Also, where there is money, there are jobs for bankers and real estate people, who are often women. And where people spend their paychecks, there are women who own and operate retail and food establishments.

If the author wants there to be a boomtown with a lot of highpaying women’s jobs, why doesn’t she go ahead and try to make one?

“Fracking as an industry serves men. Ninety-five percent of the people employed in the gas fields are men. When we talk about jobs, we’re talking about jobs for men,

How many female engineers, technicians, drillers or field workers applied for the jobs?

So, because the majority of jobs in this field tend to be held by men, that somehow hurts women.

She would rather we let them sit in lower paying jobs, or remain unemployed than see them working productively.

Perhaps the silliest argument I’ve heard yet, but I bet her coffee club friends all nodded and thought it was brilliant when she first tried out the line...

Every large business needs an equally large infrastructure employing many types of workers of whom a large number do not do the hard labor part of it. That, of course, would include many women. The leftist idiot, like all leftists, is just talking out of his or her anal orifice.

So in other words, the fracking boom is enabling women to some of the things they were made to do best: be partners to men and clean houses. Only instead of doing them in a stable and supportive environment they’re trying to be independent, getting a pittance for their effort, and would be far better off doing the same things if they were married! Hilarious!

Ain’t it funny how God’s design always manages to shine through whatever monkeyshines liberals try to pull?
